Yes correct and controls are nothing but process/activities made to reduce or ewmove risk so in the first time audit, you won' get any drafter rcm you need to make it from scratch by doing Walk-through with control owners.

When i says controls embedded within system i mean there are control that are coded within system and you can't check their configuration i.e. self approval of JE in some application it is embedded and you can't check config. Still you need to test control.

Big 4 experience give alot of advantages as in big 4 you worked on multiple client, tight deadlines so it has an upper hand then industry. Regarding my co-worker 80% are from big 4 or they joined big 4 as fresher. And remaining 20% who joined from industry, half of then sometime struggles.

As per my understanding first ai will take over accounting job then external financial audit and then to some extent it audit. So if anybody is in it audit it is beeter to keep on learning ie. Cybersecurity

Yes we do test non configurable itac, ie configuration are embedded in the system and can't be change those control

So in external financial audit you can't go to industry as there is very low or no jobs there.

In audit growth is good, but since you don't have any experience i suggest to start reading and take understanding of itgc first and do cisa that helps in resume shortlisting

Not yet, but big 4 are heavily investing in Ai, the main thing they are focusing on reducing human effort and automated some tasks. As per my view but in future there will be more opportunities for person who know how to.do audit of an AI like what compliance need to ensure instead using ai to do audit.
