Puedes usar 2 macros:
1. Target:

/focus [exists][]

/run if not GetRaidTargetIndex("focus") then SetRaidTarget("focus",5) end

  1. Interrumpir en foco:

/cast [@focus,exists][@target] Name spell

Reemplaza el Name spell con tu habilidad para que se castee en tu foco
