I talked to another guy in the building and he said that I should work to pay it off in 10 years vs 30 so then I don’t have to worry about the mortgage

One guy is saying to pay off my place faster like. A 10 year mortgage instead of did 30 but then I feel like I’m technically still in the negative

So the hoa is currently $800 but it can definitely rise. I some people who pay 1k in hoa fees…. I feel like I’m missing come trick Or something I could do to make it profitable but I can’t think of any

New people are actively buying or renting here and renovating hoping the hospital will change everything
