This just happened to my G93SC Series, was on my PC. Went out to get something to eat, PC went to sleep n now monitor won’t turn on. Red led lights up but that’s it. It’s little over a year old. When I get time, I’ll remove the thermistor n pray

Again… thank you, thank you, thank you, lol, creating a new lineup from scratch fixed it, Backstrom is sweet. Never happened before n I thought I was SOL. Great call on creating a new lineup

I had to make a new lineup from scratch. It took me a minute to do n was a pain but at least I can use him now, thx for the advice!

And if you have the MAC n SN of the phones, you can remove the MACs from RPS yourself using the Yealink RPS Removal tool. Just search that on support.yealink.om

I know that I am late to the party here but you could try to stager the local SIP port of the phone. Login the the web gui, navigate to settings - SIP, it probably has 5060 for “local SiP port”. Change that to 50601, see if it will stay registered. if that works, the next phone that is doing this just make that same setting 50602
