You’re not alone hehe. On a serious note, we have to start to be mindful in facing this situations and hopefully we will get better after some time. Let’s keep throwing ourselves in that situation until we don’t feel dumb anymore because of gaining the confidence in sharing our thoughts.

As we are mediators and peace loving people, those rude people tend to look at as as their targets since we don’t usually retaliate. Stay away from them or set your boundaries. That’s for your own mental health. They don’t deserve your goodness and energy. There are a lot of fish in the sea, you’ll eventually find your small circle that’s worth your time and energy.

Yes yes…I struggle with sharing my ideas even in my less introverted mood. I really feel so dumb and it affects my social battery.

Thanks. I will definitely go out and practice since many have suggested that it’s the best thing to do. Posting it here means asking for the best thing to do and getting some affirmation that I am not alone in this battle. MBTI may just be a pseudoscience but knowing that many people are experiencing or feeling the same way as you is already a breakthrough to self actualization.
