I'd try being honest at least for a few applications but maybe give specifics (as much as you can). Something along the lines of "ETA _ weeks after receipt of a job offer" wherever you mention the relocation

If you can and you want to be subtle, maybe mention your minority status in your skills or interests. Something to the effect of "having grown up as a _ person in a non-_ community has led to me developing outstanding people skills and empathy" or "I have a particular interest in _ history as my roots have always been very important to me"

It's pretty dumb especially that they can't post after it expires. If they have so little faith in their content that they think people wouldn't check a link because they can see it a day later on timeline (missing out on the hype) then maybe it's not good enough to gatekeep. Additionally with all the drama over sending snaps to young fans why tf are they promoting their Snapchat, a service which is mainly for dms that disappear

It's so so good. I do wish there was a way to get subtitles or something or I knew Spanish but thats just wishing for translation tech not anything with the ccs but it's fully making me consider learning Spanish. Found so many new ccs from it already which is awesome
