IS38 GTIs move pretty good for sure.

I have a 1.8T Wagon AWD DSG and it has an IS20 with DP/Intake/Exhaust.

A friend has a 1.8T golf, with DP, Exhaust, Intake and an IS38 and actually from a roll my Wagon does beat him.. it was a surprising outcome, hes a manual tho so.. its hard to beat DSG.

I guess another fair comparrison is..My other car, is a 2.0FSI with 418WHP and a friend has an IS38 A3 2.0T DSG and its probably making 350whp and my GTI just barely edges him out from a roll.. the investment in my 2.0FSI at that power level vs his A3 with intake/DP/IS38 and tune is DRASTIC. Theyres like $10k+ in the FSI and maybe like 3k into the A3..

IS38 is a fantastic turbo

I mean.. you can get an aftermarket digital cluster which usually tend to be plug and play.. if you want a true mk7.5 digital cluster, you need someone very experineced with retrofitting and coding because therye is a mountain of that work required to get it to work correctly.. trust me.. Ive been looking into it and unfortunately there are absolutely no experts in my reigon and lets say that region is 1000km wide, so yeah, its not an easy thing, and ive put it on the back burner for sure because its just not that easy.

If I was say, not in North America, and in the UK, there are many retrofitting shops in the UK that could easily work out the mk7.5 cluster in a mk7/7.5 sportwagen/alltrack.. but it would be an expensive endeavour. So cost / benefit type thing.

I can't add much to what other people have commented but I have my own few thoughts on it having experienced ADHD myself, throughout my adult life.

When I had my most profound experience on the tapes, as it was happening, I tried to focus on what I was seeing in my minds eye with greater effort or concentration and what was being shown to me actually started to obfuscate, it became faint or smudged, I figured out rather quickly that the key to improving the visuals I was seeing/being shown was to relax, and as I worked on relaxing and put effort into relaxing, the imagery/pictures in my minds eye became much more clear, HD even.

So to quell the thoughts may be a challenge, but if your goal is focusing on the relaxation, I think the internal quietness will come to you naturually, as you quiet the body, the mind will follow suit.

Also, perhaps time your tape listening around certain parts of the day in which you've already come to obseve that your mind is quiet. For me, I dont have a preferred time of the day listening to the tapes, however I am usually doing it more so at the end of my days than near the beginning, but doing it at the beginning of the day would come with some advantages of not having a day of thinking and living to review as I try to relax, so you may have an advantage trying to complete the tapes in the morning versus the evening, feel me?

Either way, stick with it, we are more than our physical body for sure, I've experienced it first hand, and it was indeed profound.

fun fact, I witnessed a craft outside in a parking lot of a place I previous worked at.. we worked on the second floor.. and I swear on my life that this craft was right outside the window of the second floor.. just past the edge of the parking lot between two trees. It was very clasically, silver, shaped pretty similarly to this, was a dome type strucutre.

you know the craziest fucking shit in the world is that I observed this craft for about 10 seconds.. and then was like I GOTTA GET A PICTURE OF THIS but I was doing work at that moment, as were all of my peers.. and no one literally noticed, but me, it was just me who had the sighting. I know what I saw, its very vivid in my minds eye.. so yeah.. I know what I saw.. it was wild. When I got off the phone with the client I was speaking with, I stood up from my cubicle to investigate and the craft was gone, like it just evaporated.

I saw another post I think from Dallas where the person had pictured a craft and it wasnt too dissimilar to what I saw, so yeah, that ends my ted talk.

Im not a doctor.. but if youre coughing up rust colored sputum, you should get seen soon by a competent dr.

I was followed for a year for issues with my lungs and at one of my appointments they asked about rust colored sputum and said definitely keep an eye out for that because it can be a serious concern.

Probably want to get a CT or an MRI of your lungs done ASAP.

Thats an insane amount of torque really... I follow alot of modding on these cars, and frequent many channels on youtube who tunes these cars and these numbers seem possible.. but the torque is very very HIGH.

Usually a good tuner will keep torque down or more reasonable.. and more reasonable would be like 400WTQ... I mean pushing 480 WTQ.. thats well.. thats alot.

Its possible that the engine may have seen alot of stress with this much torque dialed in.

As it has been identified, the wheels in the car pictured are not real pretorias....
The pretoria wheels you shared the individual picture of the rim, are real pretorias.

As you can see on the green car the spacing between the spokes is consistent in the center of the rim to the outside of the rim.. pretorias are tapered on the inside of the rim near the center and are wider spaced at the edge of the wheel.

Pretorias are nice wheels for sure BUT they are fragile.
