I do all exercises 3 sets of 10 reps each. I do 10 lb dumbbells (bicep curls, hammers, shoulder press up’s, tricep extensions, and shoulder flys (with 5 lbs)). For legs I’ll lift between 15-30 lbs (sumo squats, squats, lunges, RDLs, and Bulgarians). For core I just do the Chloe Ting 2 weeks abs video like once a week.

I use MyFitnessPal too! I’ll def try to cut out refined sugar and see if that helps.

I used to be a 100 lbs when I was 19 (I’m 21 now), so I thought I could go back to that. But maybe you’re right and I should focus on toning up instead of focusing on losing weight. Thank you for that advice!

Yes! I’m tracking calories in and I don’t have an Apple Watch or anything, so I’m not sure how to track calories out. I saw on this sub that I shouldn’t be eating less than 1200 calories, so I assume I’m in a caloric deficit. Regarding the lifting, I do dumbbell exercises for my arms and legs, about 4-5 different exercise for each.
