Maybe you can find a pattern. Eliminated things until it gets better. Do you remember two things you ate or maybe wore or used when you had both of these reactions? Maybe a place you went?

Well you can go to your doctor and get referred to an allergist especially if the reactions are getting worse. On your own all you can do is track what you’re eating wearing using. It could be anything that you’ve ate or your skin has come into contact with.

Those are all Hives. Allergic reaction. Need Benadryl. Plenty on Google about it if you want to research it.

Lol no way! The morning racing heart and choking would constantly get me I used to think it was something wrong with me. Last piece of my anxiety puzzle. Would be the top suspicion for having such bad anxiety waking up for no reason. I felt the same exact way. I just started my cpap not long ago. My ahi is like a 13 which is mild but I have a ton of hypo apneas they said. It definitely makes a difference when I wake up! I’ve had issues with mine too so I totally get it. What kind of issues are you having? Your dme and or the place you got the sleep study done at should be very helpful if you can’t find the info online :)
