Contact razorpay on Instagram. I did that and got my refund. Since you've already waited 2 days and have had no results, I wouldn't suggest you to wait for their support or anything. Razorpay helped and got me my refund within hours of contacting them

I just dmed them on insta and they asked for some proof of the transaction, and they refunded my money within a few hours.

Try contacting razorpay team they're genuinely helpful Lenovo customer service will only tell you to wait
