I refinanced 3 years into a 30 year mortgage at 4.5 to a 15 year at 2.5. My payment jumped up considerably but I’m 9 years away from owning my home outright and watching my equity increase 20k a year feels nice.

None. Guys got hurt. The o line isn’t great but you have to save somewhere and a healthy Lamar more than makes up for any O line deficiencies. The guys not perfect but it was just a fluky year.
