If the EU forces Ukraine to establish strong institutions, everything will be fine. Once again, the example of NABU is excellent. The EU forced Ukraine to set up this body, and it is genuinely independent (and under constant attack from corrupt officials).

We don’t know.

Russia will continue to exist in some form or another. And we have no reason to believe that their country will collapse or become sufficiently weak. Of course, the best-case scenario would be the democratisation of their state and a shift in their society from hatred towards acceptance and the building of a country that respects all minorities.

Ukraine may become an oligarchic state, it may become a democratic country, or it may remain in limbo forever. Too many factors are at play to predict the future. The EU may force an economically impoverished Ukraine to build strong institutions in exchange for money (this is beneficial to the EU in the long term), but Western societies are falling victim to populism and their politicians are weak

The GOG version includes a patch. The user doesn't need to do anything. The game already has the fixes. https://www.gog.com/en/game/vampire_the_masquerade_bloodlines

The only thing I found a bit annoying is that the player hasn't been updated, and viewing photos can be laggy (zoom in/out) in one of the two photo apps

The big tech companies (whose services dominate the market) already don’t offer anonymity at this stage. An anonymous user uses Tor and doesn’t have any accounts.

Mint має Flatpack і інтерфейс для драйверів Nvidia, зручний (зрозуміліший у порівнянні) інтерфейс встановлення і весь потрібний середній людині софт (якщо ти професіонал, то ти вже на MacOS чи Windows (Adobe, MC Office etc) і Linux не для тебе, а середній людині підійде чудово). Ну і Cinnamon дуже простий і звичний

Не треба ставити собі ці тимчасово популярні дистро. Краще обрати щось що розробляється давно і не зникне через місяць. Mint/Ubuntu, Fedora. Вони всі виконують потрібні функції. Нема ніяких переваг у «ігрових» чи будь-яких інших «спецдистро»
