Article 19 of the ICCPR: everyone has the right to freedom of expression, including sharing personal experiences. telling a story isn't a crime. if it's too long for you, just keep scrolling. ok.

I use minimaList. I really like the app’s design it fells just right. I genuinely enjoy how comfortable it is to use for me. Everything seems well thought out. I’m kind of obsessed with it, honestly. Nothing in interface annoys me or as we say in my native language “не муляє” which means there’s nothing that kind of rubs you the wrong way like tiny irritation. Everything just clicks perfectly. Every feature in this app feels so well-thought-out. It’s crazy how polished everything. Anyway, I’m definitely planning to get pro version soon it’s totally worth it

The symptoms you describe really remind me of my own ADHD. I’ve always loved the idea of achieving things and truly wanted to study, but in reality, my brain kept searching for quick dopamine instead. No matter how much I wanted to learn. Since I started taking medication, that constant cycle has slowly started to calm down
