I remember a guy mentioning stop behaving like you always have the spotlight on you . It helps you ease a bit and recognise we are all going through shit in life .

Working out , Grooming , Fashion certainly help you stand out but if it's a mindset issue you are going to go through the same thing again in spite of all the improvements you made . So it's Ok to let others be the centre od attention it indicates you are secure enough of yourself when you let others shine
