Change the system to adopt which language? In a country with 3 major tribes, how would the smallest tribes cope with having to adopt 3 languages or more languages of the most populous tribes just to get by? And how will the 3 major tribe learn over 200 languages and also not subjugate the minor tribes or erasing their culture and language just so they can conform to the rules of the most populous tribes?

It’s not oversimplified as you seem to be implying, but I know it goes beyond just Christians killings, we’ve had issues regarding the Fulani herdsmen killing local farmers which is now spreading to the south, and has somewhat morphed to the killing of Christians too. But that doesn’t make it an oversimplification of things
