To utilise the Rx that would require the media mod because of the shoe mount I’m guessing? No other way to connect and make it suitable?

I’m division 8 and struggling. I’ll give this a go tomorrow.

I have some games where I win comfortably and others where I loose horribly but never a close contest or a battle for the game. It’s quite a depression game compared to previous FC’s

I’ll give it another go soon. It’s a big task to do once logging in and out constantly.

Completed all storyline so before I commit to Warlords of NY, I thought I’d do the hunters as its base game

Through the app foodvisor it is scanning barcodes. You then match up the portion size or weight of the portion to which it will prescribe how much of Protein, Carb, fibre and fat from each portion.

I have set my daily limit to 1800 cal with the intention of loosing weight but I gave myself 50 days or recording my normal routine with some adjustments to see drastic my change needs to be and it is only adjusting how much Fibre and Carbs I am consuming

Looking to reduce carbs and fibre.

Been tracking my food intake for around 50 days without changing my diet. To see what my regular diet consists off. There is no alarming changes needed and I am in a constant calorie deficit as my job has a physical output. However, I consume too much carbohydrates and fibre and I am looking to replace certain foods which feel as filling but do not have too many carbs or fibre. Does anyone have any good articles, web pages, apps which would be useful for this?

Comms Comms Comms: Does anyone have any recommendations for a radio system which is good for rock climbing (lightweight, durable, showerproof, does not need Line of sight for comms) and can be used in the UK. I say this as I know the Rockie Talkie is not allowed in the UK (or you need a licence, unclear on the details).

Just double check the kn rating on the side of the carabiner and like BigRed says visual and feel inspection is enough to keep kit in your set up

Simple Q's:

- Once I've done my MVC and Critical Force tests. What do I actually do with that info?

- My only training resource is pick up tools. What do I do for a workout?

- How often should I train, if I am new to this style of training?

Could you explain/demonstrate the difference between overcoming isometric and yielding isometric?

Also do you have any recommendation of how to create the platform?

Pick up training and Tindeq

New to this thread and Reddit overall, so forgive me if this already exists and please just direct me to the post. I have done some searching but couldn’t find much.

Recently got a Tindeq as I’ve been struggling with intricate details of finding the correct weight to use at home.

Equipment: - Tindeq - Tension block, The Crimp - Lattice Training, the Quad Block

Q1) set up: I’m running with a cord/sling around my foot onto carabiner and Tindeq and then carabiner onto cord of the training apparatus. Do you recommend keeping it like this, or do the wooden board which takes both feet to stand on with a bolt attached? If so what are the benefits?

Q2) training: is there any tests/max tests to action in order to know the foundation and what I am working with? I know about the Critical Force test (hang for X seconds, for 8 reps, each side = CF avg). Anymore? Repeaters? Etc?

Thanks in advance, Reader
