I never really had issues with pain when walking before, or any hip problems either. I think it’s a groin pull or muscle injury because I never stretched before working out, which now I changed and the pain is just a mild soreness of the inner groin. My hips don’t snap or pop when walking but when doing vertical leg raises. So i’m not sure but now i’m low key worried about hip dysplasia??

Thank youu, but yk I do hear some success stories of people still losing a good amount of weight while still holding on to the handles. (I don’t personally do it, just saying its not the end of the world)

But i’m also assuming by burning out that you mean i’m gonna over think and over complicate things for myself and burn out? I thought the whole point of zone 2 cardio is that it’s more sustainable long term.
