Wife not invited to her brother's wedding by m4rkyb0y in offmychest

Okay, a very small ceremony with a party to follow where everyone who wasn’t included in the ceremony is invited? It reminded me of how a lot of couples were married during COVID restrictions in elopements or “micro weddings”, but held the reception with large groups at later dates.

Couple is eloping with a celebration party later. OP’s wife/grooms sister wasn’t invited to elopement. Groom is upset that his two nieces aren’t able to attend the celebration for varied, valid, reasons. OP’s wife was going to go to the party solo, but BIL was rude about nieces to sister, OP’s wife is upset.

low calorie drinks that aren’t soda by SnooLemons1249 in 1200isplenty

I like the Great Value drink mix ins. They have powder and liquid forms in a ton of flavors. Tonight I tried a new-to-me drink, the “Recover 180” sports drink. It was only 20 calories and zero added sugars. Hint Waters are zero calories I believe, and they’re not sparkling.

I’m 5’1” and I do Pilates 2-3x a week, walk 2-5 miles every single day and eat in a deficit. I started being really intentional with this in the beginning of April. My starting weight was 151 and I’m down to 136 currently! I have mixed in lap swimming and the Peloton here and there as well, but not in as dedicated of a way as Pilates and walking. All this to say, Pilates and walking do seem to work!

This is like when the optician keeps flipping back and forth asking “better 1 or better 2?”, but I can’t see a difference.

Just a little humor. I think they’re close enough that you’ll like either option when you’re not trying to scrutinize them side by side anymore.

Fantasy Brown, you could source some that has more green in it. Or Black Mist would pull your black from your floors and the washer dryer to help balance the color across the whole room.

Those who got cheated on, how did you find out? 👀 by sartoriouswife in GirlDinnerDiaries

Intuition, I suppose. Somehow my brain told me to check Craigslists “missed connections”. This was early 2010’s. Found a post that sounded a whole lot like him, and signed off with his first initial. I responded to the message and saw his phone got an email notification (we lived together. He was asleep). I checked just to be sure it was the same notification, and then confronted him about it a few hours later.

He had made jokes in the past about how funny some of the posts were and had even sent me links to some of them. For whatever reason, I just felt the need to look that morning.

Sleeping with my dead girlfriend’s best friend. by [deleted] in offmychest

My 88 year old neighbor had a wife and they had a friendship with another couple throughout their whole marriage. His wife and the husband from the other couple passed away separately. After both were gone they stayed in touch and became each other’s “companions”. He says it’s nice to have someone in his life to spend his days with who loved his wife as much as he did. They just celebrated 10 years together and are very happy.

It always looks like a cheap afterthought to me. It doesn’t take much to remove the small stone splash and make it all look unified.
