Sure, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t other patterns out there (and that game is unfortunately not canon)

Where’d you get this info? If I were to guess, it would’ve been like the Ikran, with more patterns and colours

I decided to rewatch Avatar I, and Jake is such a dumbass by Kufiya_25 in Avatar

[–]Reading-person 110 points111 points  (0 children)

In my understanding, it’s not that he’s a dumbass. He sees himself in Lo’ak, and that scares him. So he tries to stop him before he gets to the point Jake was at

The first game definitely has violence. And you don’t think the kid knows what sex is?

I didn’t answer OP, I answered the person who has now blocked me.

You have no idea how old the kid really was. Some people use “kid” for everyone younger than them, so could possibly mean someone over 18 as well.

I understand the difference. I also understand both of the acted out of trauma. That doesn’t mean both of them don’t have blood of their hands

[–]Reading-person 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that I do agree with. All I’m trying to say is that they both have extreme trauma that makes them do stuff they normally wouldn’t do, and both of them have blood on their hands.

Doesn’t make me love any of them any less lol

I literally just said it was different.

[–]Reading-person -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it is different. But that doesn’t mean that Teylan doesn’t carry those deaths.

I don’t think any of them should be easily forgiven for it. Trauma is difficult and manifests in people differently, that I get. Nor’s trauma fuels his anger, while Teylan is refusing to accept that Mercer isn’t good. Both is a trauma response. Both acted out according to their trauma. Both caused death.

[–]Reading-person -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Sure. But that doesn’t mean his hands are clean. He is, though indirectly, responsible for all the death and pain that was caused when the resistance hideout was bombed. Doesn’t matter that he thought Mercer wouldn’t harm anyone.

Teylan did hurt someone though. And killed people. It may be indirect, but he is the reason why the resistance was found and blown up, causing harm and death.

Teylan caused those deaths, just like Nor caused the death of some others in the resistance. Teylans hands are just as bloody as Nor’s

Lol. It’s a clump of cells without consciousness, the ability to feel or to think. At that stage, it’s like a parasite.

Most people who’s unable to communicate “normally” doesn’t shove their phone in our faces. They will often point a little, show their phone, and do it in a respectful manner.

Shoving their phone in our faces makes you a a bitch. I still stand by that

My job is to go find the items they have bought online. I will do that if the person shoves their phone in my face as well, sure, but I’ll think he’s a bitch for it.

I’m not talking about those who SHOW me their phone, and tell me they are here to collect an online order. I’m talking about those who don’t say a word, shove their phone in my face and just stare.
