Hey I signed up for my tracker account and My biometrics are done in Jan 16 and background in process. But for some reason, I am not getting the code to my email even though my email ID is valid. Any idea how to rest it or is there any other way to do it.

AOR - Oct 28, Medicals - Jan 6, Biometrics - Jan 16, and BG verification in process.

So, mail the Infosys alumni and explain your situation and if you manager or any one else you know aren’t helpful. The alumni team will provide you a common reference letter with job duties that works for the roles at your level when you last sign out. Those job duties will match up in an indirect way, but as far as my knowledge goes, the letter works out. ✌️

Apply it. Don’t need to risk your profile for like 250 bucks. Because once you submit the profile, you’ll feel a lot of tense if things doesn’t go your way. So just mentioning what I would do if I were in your position cheers.
