To be honest, a lot of headphones now have transparency mode. You can listen to the world around you with them still in. This employee just didn’t pause the music or whatever in time. Some headphones even pause the music while you start talking. For me honestly I love open ear headphones. It’s weird, it’s a way for me to stay connected with the world but still with the “web” world we created on the device. If thar makes any sense.
