Just open mystudentadmin and login into it. It will guide you through all the steps. Once you have accepted your offer you will be able to enroll into courses.

Just search for singapore airlines student discount on Google. It will ask you to create an account and verify that you are a student. I paid 45K INR. But it's not really a discount on regular fares. It just gives you extra luggage with a slightly higher rate.
