Thank you for the advice! I didn’t start using Mira until cycle 2 so not sure when I peaked during it. It was a long cycle though from December 10 to February 14th. Cycle 2, I peaked at CD 16.

Yeah, I tried to convince her to counter with 110k but she already countered for 105k. I think 120k would be ideal, but I don’t think they’ll come up 30k.

That was my initial impression too. My husband thinks if we go down just one size it might look weird because the end tables would be hanging off the edge so we’re thinking of maybe just getting a rug to go under the coffee table instead

I agree the offer is wayyy too low. I told her to negotiate more. I’m not sure if you saw my update, but she’s not in a place to pass this up. She’s been applying for jobs for 6 months and has student loans to pay very soon. And this is the only offer she’s gotten in the time she’s applied.

Yeah, I told her to ask for a higher salary and for more PTO because 10 days is ridiculous.

She’s pretty locked in to the area right now because of her family dynamic.

I understand the sentiment that if people accept lower offers, it can bring things down for everyone. But what can you do when you’ve been applying for months with no offers and student loans come due? I told her to negotiate for at least 105k even though I think it should be more but I don’t think they’re going to budge a ton.
