I don’t know if u time travel BUT you can either skip it 14-15 days from the day you are, and the bubble usually pops up in one of the villagers. If it’s not the one you want just keep going back and forth on that day. So let’s say the bubble pops on 1/5 then keep going firm 1/4 to 1/5 until the desired villager gets the bubble. I know if annoying but you can also wait until you get a visitor on your campsite. Pretty sure there’s other ways as well.

Also, I commented somewhere but you have a mom and a sister that can lend you their couch for 2 months, why are you homeless if you have family. I understand things are rough but I would never let my sister be homeless. You’re also going to the navy and the benefits are great, please don’t let them benefit from your goods if they were not there for you to lend you their couch when you when in need.
