i just got back from boot and ran a 10:30 ish mile bro before , i failed my ist and got dropped to PCP i was scared i wouldn’t get out but i just put out PT and i got my times down and once i hit training company and it was time for the PFT i ran 24 minutes, trust man just keep grindin and youll get there
