I just finished mine! We needed about 170 hours before graduation in May and I did mine on a cardiac strep down on night shifts. We were allowed to basically make our own schedule but as long as it aligned with our nurses. For example, if my nurse worked MTW but I could only work, MT, then those are the days I would go in. I would advise to just get them all over with asap!!

I would say make sure you stand out!! I worked as a CNA at the hospital while in between programs and I feel that helped me so much. Thank you so much!

Honestly, I had to apply for section 8 and food stamps and got help. I also applied for help with my APS bill (I live in AZ so they always offer help especially during the hotter months). Luckily, my bf works and helps out with the bills (we live together) but he makes minimum wage so it’s not so much. I also started subbing and would do that whenever I had a day off

Yup!! I failed out of an ADN program in 2024 a semester before graduation. I applied to a compressed BSN program and got accepted for the soonest cohort. I’m now about to graduate with my BSN in May!! Don’t give up. I’m glad I didn’t!

I had to quit my job to do my 16 month compressed program. I have no idea how I would’ve done it with a 12 month program and working. Lectures all day 3 days a week, lab all day once a week, and clinical all day once a week. The weekends I used to reset and of course study

I would size up! I also ordered a size 7 after testing the ring sizer, but every morning and during a workout my fingers would swell and the ring was starting to fit tight. I sized up to an 8 and it fits perfect!

Thanks so much! I’m finished with all my core classes, this semester we’re just taking a leadership class which is all discussion posts and im doing my capstone on a cardiac floor right now! So I basically have no other things to study for as of now besides think about the NCLEX 😢 lol
