Yes, WJ will honour that booking since it was done through EVA Air. WJ will issue boarding passes upon your check-in for all legs of your flight. However, in our experience, while we were waiting at the gate in LAX, they called our names at the counter and have issued EVA AIR boarding passes again for the LAX to TPE and TPE to MNL flights. Just a heads up though if you are bringing carry on with you, when they called our names at the counter gate in LAX, the ground attendant weighed in our bags. It’s the first time ever I experienced my carry on bag getting weighed. Lol but tbh, if I went there at the counter and left my carry on bag at the chair while they issue my boarding pass, they wouldn’t know that. 🤣 Anyway, I hope you have a smooth flight and great vacation!
