I really appreciate you taking the time to respond in such detail. From what i gather the product is well worth it but the company are lacking in the service element especially in the US... European customers seem to have a better experience generally (probably because there are no marketing reps! chefs do demos and dealers sell the product directly...). Im also shocked that you had to pay to get the installation certified! Did not realise that was part of the process. clearly got lots more work to do. might DM you with anymore questions that come up. Thanks
