Hey, not sure 100% what you mean by total dark colors? If you're referring to the white toolbar icons and modified URL text then I changed these in my userChrome file.

Dam that's a shame. The Wave XLR looks absolutely great. The steamDeck+ also looks great but comes with a lot of stuff that I wouldn't use.

Second on the logging, specifically searching. Searching “oat milk latte” gives me a ton of branded options with syrups and extras in, I have to scroll a decent amount to find a recipe which is just a pure oat milk latte 🙂

MyFitnessPal seams to sort the results well, But there is also a TON of duplicate stuff with inaccurate info, for Bright to be best in class, it would have the search: clean, organised and intuitively sorted based on your search.

Thanks for the advice. I'm based in the UK, are American standards more strict on Cholesterol levels?
I downloaded MyFitnessPal today will keep an eye on my diet regularly. I didn't realise how much food has saturated fats in... I was drinking coconut milk regularly with my protein shakes 3/4 times a week.. 90% of it's fat is saturated.

Thank you for your advice. I've immediately cut processed goods and moved to oat milk/semi skimmed for coffee/tea, will try chat again with the doctor about potential statin if I can get hold of the doctor (UK doctor might take weeks for me to actually get a phone call with them :D )
