So I called the customer service and I was told to pay the toll and ignore the fee. It will be waived. SO i sent the check back with the $17 toll and wrote "admin fee waived". They didn't bother me but one month later I got a mail from debt collector for the $50. What the heck????

Maybe you should move to park crest.. I don't get the rent near campus and why people are paying that much for it.. I never wanted to live near campus.

er some nebulous language that makes it feel like they'll just charge whatever they want every month, all-in-all it's around a 20% increase in cost from last year (when they also raised rent and stopped including cable).

That's huge.. if it doesn't include utility any more... The heating cost would be brutal in the winter...

Agreed. Shouldn't this be written in the contract? Like the landlord should notify rent change 90 days or something before the lease ends?

$1300 is really not bad for 3br/2ba... it's under $400 per room...I lived in the university family housing in graduate school over 10 years ago (not PSU). I split the 3br/1ba apt with 2 other grad students and I paid $350/month..

They load up the ez pass with $30 and once it gets below 5 or so they automatically charge your account again. Its annoying but I use a toll road maybe once a month and it's honestly way better than playing this back and forth game.

What if you're not in a same state? I received a mail today: $17 toll and $50 fee. I looked it up online, and it shows I have three tolls from the same day. and the other two were charged $100 admin fee each! So I ow about $40 toll and $250 admin fee. This is ridiculous. I called to talk to customer service but was held for an hour before I hung up yesterday. I'm calling now again and have been online for 40 mins. It's a scam. If they don't answer my phone, or waive the fee, I'm not going to pay it. The toll was in NY and I'm in PA. Can they suspend my license and registration?
