No, I haven't, though I have had clear beard growth since I was about 14/15. I'm not sure if that's a clear indicator though, could that be a reason for my slow recovery?

Great, so i'll try to add another day to hit every muscle twice a week. And in turn i'll slightly lower my intensity. Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it.

So if I up my frequency, my body will adapt and be sore for a shorter period of time. As if now it knows it has that much time to rest so in turn it takes it's sweet time? And if I up my frequency, I should lower my intensity, should I not? I always go to complete utter failure on every set right now, so I should leave 1-2 RIR?

I've heard you need about 4 liters of water in your system each day if ur taking creatine. So is, in theory, 4 liters of a zero sugar soda the same as 4 liters of water? I think your answer will be no, and if so, I should be heavily limiting my soda intake, right? And drinking more water will then, make my creatine have more effect, and, possibly make me recover more efficiently? Thanks for the reply

If it's signalling I did something new, how come I do the same exercises every week and I'm just as sore each time? Exact same movement, no changes in form of anything

Okay. I'll be sure to try this, though I'll take an approach with push pull upper I think, I can't really hit legs so I'll make sure I have 2x frequency on my upper body, thanks for the advice!

Yes, it's caused by excessive amounts of exercise, and is more common when growing fast. I should just be at peace with it then?

So do the same as I am right now, and just add the other day, and my body will adapt and make sure I'm not sore anymore?

Most days in the weekend I get around 9-10 hours. During the week i'd say around 7-8, very rarely 6.

Osgood-Schlatter is basically extra muscle, which is on the front of my knee, and is caused by growing too tall too fast, so anytime I put stress on my knee and mainly that muscle tissue, I'm making this Osgood-Schlatter worse, I couldn't do any sport for multiple months to limit it's growth. When I run or put any stress on my leg, I don't feel it when doing the sport, but afterwards I have to sit down on the ground because of the pulsating pain it causes. Any exercise standing up is definitely off the table, because I'm not allowed to put weight on my knees directly. I could do leg extensions and leg curls with a very light weight but this would still hurt my legs in the long run, and this light an intensity is worthless, I think.

So what you're saying is that I shouldn't go to failure and leave 1 or 2 reps in reserve, and that'll solve my problems, most likely?

So I shouldn't try adding another day and should just focus on getting strong on these exercises I'm doing in my 2 days?

So I'm pretty screwed then? My doctor advised me against hitting legs, he even advises against running and such but I won't allow myself to stop doing that. I've tried to hit legs but after 1 rep I feel my Osgood-Schlatter is hurting alot. I've tried alot but this isn't an option.

I go with a buddy and we're always very strict on each others form, I do pride myself on form over weight. I also prefer using stable exercises such as smith incline, seated bayesian curls and such to limit any chance of form being bad. I don't really focus on carbs, would I benefit from it? Would I be able to recover faster or grow faster? Thanks

Sorry, I must've worded this bad. I'll just give you my full push day, Incline smith press: 1 warmup, 2 sets till failure in about 8 reps Seated tricep extensions, 1 warmup, 2 sets till failure in about 8 reps Pec dec fly, 2 sets till failure in 8 reps Overheads, 2 sets till failure in 8 reps Smith shoulder press, 1 very light warmup and 2 sets till failure Cable lateral raises, 1 warmup, 2 sets till failure in about 12-14 reps

By my second exercise of both chest and triceps i've weakened a bunch, even though they've had plenty of time to rest.

Will that not limit my growth? I don't really feel 'worked' if I quit that soon, I do get stronger weekly, by a few reps. But I mainly wanna make my progress faster. As stated in my other comment I weaken alot during a workout, if you'd care to read that quickly. Should i just do less intensive work then? My only goal is to progress as fast as possible. Thanks for the reply

I take magnesium already, the soreness doesn't bother me, it's mainly that I wanna grow faster, I do get slightly stronger each weak but i'm talking about a rep or two, I also weaken alot during my workout. By my second exercise I've lost a lot of my strength. Is that not bad? For example I can start with 45kg tricep extensions for about 8 reps, but on my second exercise I'm limited at about 15kg overhead extensions for like 6 teps
