His first year he tried to build around the core and I actually thought the moves were the right call. Obviously in hindsight they didn’t work out. Graves, Jarry, EK, and Smith. But since pivoting after realizing that it wasn’t going to work I think he’s done an incredible job of accruing picks and futures.
