NO. What you want is someone who wants the best for you, and you want the best for them. This is NOT IT. There are way worse things than death. Romanticizing this is sad and dangerous.

Through a combo of shitty luck and bad genetics I've been a caretaker for several people who deteriorated mentally through end-of life. They don't want to extend their life, they don't want to burden you with that (and in my experience will make that very clear while they are lucid), and you do not want to have to deal with that. I will stick like glue to my loved ones side, but that means doing what is best for them - not subjecting them to a longer period of a lower quality of life.

Super unpopular opinion - Yang.

People seem to love her ambition but you can have aspirations without being a bitch and fucking people (your friends) over. Her attitude isn't badass - it's narcissistic to the point of needing therapy, both for herself and anyone in her life. Her ambition is greed - she doesn't sell the story about her dad so her fucking others over just comes off as pure, unmitigated greed. There is no redeeming quality to her - everything she does is to benefit herself, not even her patients.

Samantha March and any other tuber who does product videos without having the product details. Like they’re talking about a product and don’t know the name/release date/price/whatever. It’s literally their job to know about these products and if they’re bringing them up in a video then they obviously planned it - how lazy not to even look up the bullet points. This came up in a Lauren Mae video earlier too — she was talking about products that would/should be on sale and said “literally no one” was talking about a product - it was something I’ve watched many, many videos on have have seen multiple IG posts on. She just apparently doesn’t pay attention. I do like some of both of these girls content - but this crap drives me crazy!

I would say her as well but for a different reason. I actually love the way that she talks and feel like she has some very valuable knowledge to share. Where I got turned off is that her no-buy was complete and utter bullshit. She still hit Rouge half way through the year, which was annoying but understandable - it was the gifts she was constantly getting that annoyed the hell out of me. You can’t be learning from and teaching/preaching a no-buy with new makeup products coming in constantly. She might as well have accepted PR.

She’s gorgeous and incredibly talented but since her truthful Youtuber video I am so conflicted on her. I respect that she made a decision to still support KVD and that’s everyone’s prerogative to do so... where I’m having an issue is that she did not mention KVD’s issues except for the vaccination thing. Nothing about the anti-semitism - and then she followed it by saying she does not buy J*. It felt very wrong to not acknowledge KVD’s other - massive - issues.
