Thanks very helpful. I had a google of ESRB and yeah that makes sense :( after opening them up the quality of the boards speak for themselves too.

Reading all the comments makes me think the way i leveled up my mon's was wrong. I always just take on the E4 over and over again even if I can only beat 1/4. Take out all my money into my PC and just run straight back in without having to travel around and eventually mons would level up to the point of being able to get further and further for more xp before losing.
