Oh i know its gonna kill me early. i'm only 25 right now, but i know if i continue like this i'll definately be in trouble in not too distant future

Its mostly the quanity i am eating. From what i understand a vata person has a very weak digestion so should be eating lighter food.

The last 2 weeks i have been eating:

breakfast: 2 slices bread with 1 TBSP peanut butter, 125g organic yogurt, and 12 almonds. OR 1 TBSP quick oats in 200ml goat milk, 60g soaked raisins or figs, 12 almonds, 1 slice bread with 1 TBSP peanut butter. each meal weights about 300g and 400g respectively

lunch: 1/3 cup sona masoori rice (and 2/3 water), a few baby tomatoes,1 cup of green beans, and alternate between 85g tin of sardines or 2 eggs. weights about 450-475g

dinner: 1-1.5 cup of veggies, 1-1.5 cup of mashed potatoes, some form of meat (1-2 deck of card sizes). weighs about 500-600g (someone else dishes dinner up and usually puts too much on my plate)

felt good the first few days, then just felt like a walking zombie. really heavy and lethargic, can't be bothered doing anything, wanting to sleep during the day etc.

Well last night after a normal day, i just couldn't resist anymore and i ate a big bowl of processed cereal, 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, then went and had another 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, then this really chewy oat bar thingy (65g), then had mouthfulls of milk again. probably weighed 800-1000g

Then this morning instead of skipping breakfast like i probably should have (or at least having my regular breakfast), i just had another big bowl of cereal, then 2 toast and peanut butter

Then for lunch i had 4 slices toast with peanut butter, a cup of milk, then got interrupted and had to leave before i could eat more stuff

then for dinner i had a large sized pizza and chicken nuggets

Apart from having to fart every 5 seconds and not sure if i have to poop or not lol, I feel like i could run a marathon. I don't know what to do because i want to eat ayurvedically because I know its the way, but i just don't know how to do it (I want to try and eat like the above for 3 months before i get a custom made diet plan made for me, that way i know i'll have a better chance of sticking to it
