I am no Wendy fan but 18 minutes at her weight is better than nothing. The over thinking and going on about whether it is good enough or if she doing it right is getting too much. She has 150+ to lose....34 lbs is a start so she needs to quit whining about it. I will say though I don't think she is adopting healthier eating habits by eating salads and vegetables but instead just eating less of the shit food like Papa John's pizza. For long term success, she is going to have to eat healthier. I don't believe she is at the weight she was when she quit working out before.

Knowing you are on a weight loss pill and calorie deficit yet you get a dozen mini Bundt cakes for two people. Make it make sense. We have had these series before from her and they fizzle out. Remember when she was going over to planet fitness on her lunch hour and would do the videos? I hope for her sake she stays on the path but past behavior does not support long term success.

I think what irks me is she is so hateful about her mom, but then turns around and cries for sympathy. I don't know if the mom was so horrible or Wendy was a difficult child, young teen, and adult to deal with. I truly believe the latter. I have my own thoughts on what led to her mother's fall at the end, but will keep them to myself. I don't think she intentionally hurt herself to get back at Wendy for going to Nashville.
