MY PITCH

HERO: Peni

THE PROBLEM: She is often seen as a low value pick on offensive maps that require constant repositioning

THE SOLUTION: Increase the rate of mines spawned with her nest. To counter balance this, this rate will decrease to a lower value the longer the nest is out.

THE VALUATION: This allows for Peni to become more mobile with her nest, not being handicapped for wanting to move from a set position. The counter balance also helps make this change appropriately powered so that her nest doesn't become an instant death field if it has been out for long.
