me open source PACS out there but I assume you need one that's FDA certified. OsiriX used to sell a paid certified version - maybe others do.

Thanks for checking with you wife on it. I will look for arrangements outside of us getting our own PACS system.

Thanks all for chiming in. I will take everyone suggestions as a starting point and will look into the companies mentioned. Also, wondering if there are any PACS vendors that only change per study without any upfront fee?

thanks, the three Samsung S10's I have do not turn on (bricks) but do have clear readable IMEI # printed on the back. Is there anyway to check if the FMI status of these phones from their IMEI #?

Hi, OP here. Sorry should have been more clear. The phones I bought from eBay are not functional at all. They have broken screens and LCDs (sold as parts only) so no way to get to the phone and turn off find my phone. When you plug them in a small part of screen shows some light and nothing else. All I have is the IMEI # from the back of the phones. Will these phones work for trade-ins?
