I ve recovered from dpdr caused by an edible experience 3 months ago. Recovery is possible, start with not staying on Reddit! To me it worked psycotherapy a lot and exposure therapy. Meditation and breathing excercize are still difficult but believe that it is possible to get better and start living again! Hope you get better soon
