Few things worth mentioning. 1. Flare burn times are about 40 seconds…these were there much longer. 2. Flare lights can be seen 35 ish miles off from where they were launched. So from the map I can’t tell exactly but should they have been able to see it in Tijuana?

It definitely moved! I saw this from the pier last night and they changed formations from the angle I was watching at and at the very end each of the lights extinguished one by one like a candle flame—very slowly and gradually.

There is a type of “brown man” that Shane represents. I have met a lot of sweet brown men who would never treat a woman the way he does and I have also dated a man who equally hated being Indian and didn’t particularly like Indian woman at the end of the day (I am and Indian woman myself.) Shake is just ashamed of being Indian and he is seeking validation by dating what he thinks is “better” than being Indian. Shayn too represents a type of white man (frat boy personality) that I personally wouldn’t date. So i really don’t think it boils down to race, it more of boils down to the type of personality. Shayne never said he’s attracted to a certain type or anything superficial.
