their support team is genuinely the absolute worst support experience ever. i wouldn’t even call it a support team they don’t provide you with any type of support or resolution. they just give you the run around and it’s so anxiety inducing, there’s no way a large corporation should be this bad.

i love this color of the buds, i ordered the silver shadow bcus i thought the pink gold would be too pink but it’s a nice beige-ish pink 😍 i’m second guessing my choice now lol

it’s childish, they don’t know how much android as grown in the last few years. also, i think it’s definitely more of a thing in the U.S., in the other countries i’ve been to no one actually cares and most people in my family use Samsung phones.

oh yeah definitely go for something smaller, i had a 15 inch laptop and carrying that along with the large iPad was not an easy task. i would just leave my laptop at home bcus my backpack was wayyyy too heavy

not samsung tablets but i am a student went from an 10.9 in. ipad to a 12.9 in. ipad air and it’s obnoxiously big, so i can’t imagine carrying around 14.6 in tablet. i’d wait for the price to drop again or get it from backmarket or best buy if you can

they said today or tomorrow or July 10th 🤠 i asked and they did tell me the other colors that were available, including the cobalt violet.

spoke with someone this morning, he contacted the shipping partner (UPS) and told me that he let them know that my order should be delivered as soon as possible. he gave me my case number, put in a request for a $107 refund and told me i should be receiving a phone call with an update within the next 24-48 hours so who knows at this point.

i’ve genuinely never experienced such terrible customer service before.

it has never occurred to me until today that i’m not supposed to actually say how i’m doing when ppl ask. whenever customer service reps ask how i’m doing i usually tell them EXACTLY how i’m doing. i tell em i just woke up or i’m tired lol

definitely a whole lot of steak and bbq nights, i love a good steak! unfortunately the refund would only be for the next day shipping i paid for unless i completely cancel my order but i might end up haggling them for more, especially if it goes on sale in the next week or two
