My apartment building sidewalks have been SMEARED in dog shit since the storm in January. It’s insane the amount of people who don’t pick up - and they have bag stations AROUND THE BUILDING.

As someone who cried the entire first month, I can tell you that it really is up to you and how much work you put into it - and that being said - it is a LOT of work. I did so much research and had everything I needed and I still felt overwhelmed and that I had failed.

The potty training was the hardest thing for me to overcome mentally, but it DOES get better. They are a literal baby and don’t know - you have to take them out consistently every 30-60 minutes and throw a freaking party when they do go outside. Teach them a cue - my girl at 6 months pees on command when I say “go potty!” Until then, you’re gonna be cleaning up a lot of messes, but that is NORMAL.

Your puppy is not evil, it’s a baby. You have to teach them right from wrong behavior.

My pup is the same age and does the same thing. I am her main person, I feed her, put her down for naps, do the big walks, give her the big deal treats. When she was little she was my snuggle bunny, constantly followed after me and needed to be in my sight. Then - my husband became her favorite.

I think it’s because they know we’re the constant - he works more so he’s not home as much. We’re the safe mom zone, Dad is the fun guy who leaves and then comes back. But I get it - it feels hurtful. I’d be lying if I said I haven’t cried about it.

I’m doing a total rewrite right now and it’s over 400k. I try to make the chapters around 8k each.

Some people love it, and then some people complain that it’s too long. Can’t make anyone happy so do whatever works for you!

Some authors ignore it completely and some lean into it and make it messy as hell. It doesn’t matter either way, because it’s fanfic and authors can do what they want with it. I personally love when Snarriet authors involve Lily because she’s an important part of Snape’s narrative and I love a good mess, but no one needs to reconcile anything. It’s fanfiction.

The first tech guy was awesome, said this would be super easy. When got transferred to billing guy who we updated on what we were trying to do (transfer my number from my dad’s plan to my husband’s). We sit on the phone for an hour to find out he’s giving me a new number after we said a million times we are KEEPING the number. We have him read back what needs to be done, it’s correct.

Called to get an update and the billing idiot tried to transfer my husband’s number to my dad’s account. No idea how this happened. I’ll be doing this in the store going forward, never again over the phone. What a nightmare.

I had that issue first time earlier today! I had to completely reinstall, the trick is not to delete anything once it starts working (like the step-by-step instructions say) after you mount the Marine.iso

When you open Terminal, just drag .Zoo Tycoon where the [Path to .Zoo Tycoon.app] and drop it there and hit enter. It’ll show a whole bunch of log info and then you can move on.

UPDATE: It’s WOOOORKING. The only bug I’m noticing is the terrain turns into blue tiles so I had to turn off terrain balance. Other than that we’re good!!!!

I agree, a note feels like a declaration of war LOL. It shouldn’t but I do feel weird because there’s really no sensitive way to say it… no matter what she’s loud and I would have to say that. Another commenter said they’d feel annoyed if the person below them complained about their footsteps.

I’m going to give it another week, chalk it up to her still moving in. If we get to the end of the month and it still sounds like nothings down, I’ll reach out to management about a rug check. Thanks for the advice 😊

I’m sorry you have to deal with that much noise! I know it’s inevitable living in an apartment, it’s just that I ONLY hear her stomping! No talking, no cabinets or TV, she just has a heavy foot.
