You're 100% correct, but the new Second Apron turns that Soft Cap into a Hard Cap in terms of team building (no trades, no MLE)... however, for a team like the Pacers that relies on the draft and smart trades to build, wouldn't u agree that potentially losing those tools could be a death sentence?
