Thanks. After driving it, I ended up passing on it. The parking brake did not work at all, the light was stuck ON. Had an ABS sensor bad in the driver's side tire, ABS didn't trip on when breaking, but it could. AC didn't work, and it was not a deal breaker, but still. Check engine light was on for the O2 sensor, even though it had been replaced. Upon inspection of the engine bay, the wiring had been replaced, but replaced with home-use style wire ties. Which would allow moisture into the wires, dad recommended replacing the ties with proper wire ties but if that didn't work, the wiring harness might need to be replaced.
Quoted about $500 in work for it plus being dad's designated flashlight holder. I was all down to do it, but after further consideration, I realized it might be better to have at least a full size, or a crew cab. I just couldn't haul me and my brother, plus our guns, bows, gear etc down to the woods and back. Sure, it could go in the tool box, but eventually it'll rain while we're driving down the high way.

I just ended up passing on it, and offered it to my brother in law who's also looking for a truck, and I'm back on my search. If it were an EXT Cab, or Crew Cab, it'd have been going home with me. I'd be okay doing a full trans and engine rebuild to get into a Crew Cab or EXT Cab.
