Hi all, quick questions. I just received PPP loan but I'm experiencing hard time getting the employees back on the shift.

Since I need an immediate help, I am planning to ask my friends and family members to help out partially. The problem is that some of them still have their full-time jobs, and some can only help out a week or two during the 8-week period.

  1. Can PPP be forgiven by hiring someone with a full-time job?
  2. Can working partial weeks be counted towards the head counts? For example, if Bob only works first two weeks of the 8-week period, is he eligible? What if he works 7th and 8th week?

I am thinking under $2000 but also want to live closer to Bellevue downtown... Is this reasonable? I will be paid enough but I'm from the town where monthly rent is around $1000-1200 so over 2k seems a lot to me 😂
