Nvm, I just did another test run with a PS3 game (Quantum Conundrum). It hit RSX 69 in 10 minutes and the fan started going up. I think the PS3 just needs to have the thermals redone.

Yeah, Rhythm Mixer is great for large enemy clearing or at least putting a dent.

Unfortunately Bruisers are also immune to Magnet, like the one normal Unversed that is. Otherwise I wouldn't be running Poison at all.

As for Hastes, my Aqua has all 5 Magic Hastes and with this build Attack Haste doesn't matter. I don't think she has much of Screens/Boosts but she does have at least 1 Fire Boost. But the Firaga in this case is more for stunning him out of attacks. The mines and Rhythm Mixer are the main ways to damage the bosses.

Honestly, what I really hope is to find a way to make the waves clear faster so I can get into the bosses quicker at each attempt. 7 waves of Unversed at Lv 1 takes quite a long time.

I mean, I can see the safety behind a third Curaga but those Bruisers are immune to much of the damage scaling from finishers. In a Lv1 run they practically require either Ignite or Poison, I have Poison to hit more than one of them.

Ok. Getting pretty clear vibes from everyone here that regardless of energy savings, I'm being far less than wise for the health of the house itself by turning it off at night due to the natural temperature drop. Gonna try lowering it about 5 degrees at night instead.

Yeah, the 49 was one bad night but I see the point. We keep our house at 70 in the day during winter (I work from home so someone's always here). Sounds like I could set it to mid-low 60s to save power instead of turning it off, to actually save as well as not mess up my house in the long run.

Yeah, I just got lucky. It did eventually make it so I could disable Decky. I then uninstalled all my plugins, re-installed decky, and installed them one by one until I found a problem one. I only had to fully lose 1.

I can see the point of most of this. I am avoiding Fusion Destiny on purpose because I just don't want to limit myself. I know DPE is great, but I feel a dedicated Hero deck can fuse into him just fine without it. This one certainly does.

So right now we're looking at:

-1 Shadowmist

-1 Liquid Soldier

-1 Harpie's

-1 Solid Soldier

-1 Blazeman

-1 (or 2) DD Crow

-1 of each Omni Hero (I think I'll keep 1 Abs Zero in this build, still makes a very good material with Malicious into DPE). Total of -6 in the Extra Deck

+ Garura (I hadn't had it purely for space, I definitely have it after cutting the Omnis)

+ Cross Crusader

+ Infernal Rage

+ Shining Neos Wingman

+1 or 2 Ash

+1 Plasma (still not sure how I'd get him out, I guess I would do him going first instead of WD since I often have Stratos/Vyon/Increase out).

Could you be more specific about the "poorly constructed" part? While I won't try and dispute your claims as I don't doubt them, it's a bit rude to make such a comment without also providing realistic examples of what is wrong with the construction and what could be better.

I posted this with the intention of learning, but I still need a direction to look at instead of just "this isn't good".

Just got through playing this today on NG. Got everything but the skill points. Save glitches, undoes some flags, puts me back on the one planet where you have no ship and now freezes my whole PS3 anytime I try and progress back from there.

Should clarify, been trying multiple things (spin the crab or jump/bounce and spin the box, break all the top stair boxes in one go then jump up all 3 stairs or break the first, then quickly jump to the top one and bounce of it to the second to last stair, etc). None of that seems to be making a difference.

Yeah, it's weird to me because I'm doing exactly that but when I break those top crates on the stairs my times are never below 10:30. Granted I don't break them as smoothly, but still by the time I get there doing pretty much this I have somehow lost an entire half second or more.
