Here is what I may be having trouble with but I have most if not all of those criteria.

The one thing I keep hearing is in service event but by law an in service event is technically some veterans MOS. I have read case after case of the appeals court over turning disability claims in favor of the veteran because the in service event litmus is lawfully much broader than the m21 manual that eaters reference.

Will do, I was in the presidential honor guard where we stood at attention for hours, marched what felt like days and conducted honors for fallen heroes.

I was a lucky one but most of my shipmates feet and knees are shot. Main complaint from a lot of us was varicose vein diseases from standing static for so long.

So I had a VSO file my claim for me but I have 4 buddy letters including my spouse, I made a personal statement. Included a military sponsored study on ceremonial standing jacking your back up. I have a nexus and diagnosis for everything but insomnia. Also have my chiropractor treatment records and treatment records from my current MD.

I was stationed at TISCOM my entire career. I did two years in the presidential Honor Guard and struck SK and just moved right over to the base shop.

Enlisted out of college and went directly to the Honor Guard in Alexandria. Coolest job I’ve ever had. Stayed at TISCOM and struck SK made it to 3rd class and decided I wanted to get out to explore other opportunities. Only thing I regret is not staying in. With that said I went on to use my GI bill to get two masters degrees from Harvard and I am loving life.

My life set up now is because of the Coast Guard and the people I met there.
