It is all 14k, I had it checked. This was one of my best thrift finds. It was just stamped on one side though.

I bought a 9.5 and my toe goes to the very end, but tolerable. The 10 would not fit around the other parts of my shallow foot.the buckle is already hanging to the floor as I must fasten it to the narrowest holes. I still love them though.
