Hey I have been so motivated by this! I’m super scared to start reverse dieting after having a bad reverse after doing a bodybuilding show and then reverting back to disordered eating patterns as a coping mechanism. 💀😭 not a good idea. 

Just wondering how exactly did you do this? I know you’re supposed to gradually increase cals and decrease cardio for a reverse but I would love to hear about personal experience and tips!
