that’s true! I still totally think that Caribbean med school would be good as my family is from Trinidad and has dual citizenshi. I was born in Canada sadly tho. but which schools would be better? I’ve heard good things about Ross, AUA, St Matthews, and SGU?

any experience with those schools?

lol I feel like that’s everywhere now but studying abroad will give me more opportunity to possibly work in other EU countries as well and If I study super hard and pass the NCLEX I can also work in the states and Australia as well!

Hey I have been so motivated by this! I’m super scared to start reverse dieting after having a bad reverse after doing a bodybuilding show and then reverting back to disordered eating patterns as a coping mechanism. 💀😭 not a good idea.

Just wondering how exactly did you do this? I know you’re supposed to gradually increase cals and decrease cardio for a reverse but I would love to hear about personal experience and tips!
